Drivers log from their phone. They do a quick walkaround check of the van, start and end each shift with an odometer photo, and at each fuel stop they photograph the pump and the odometer. VanStamp reads the numbers from the photos, so there's nothing to type. They can also report problems, send receipts and mark time off. It opens in the phone's browser from their invite link.

Driver app that drivers will actually use
Mobile-first and simple. Start and end shifts, record fuel and AdBlue, and send receipts by taking photos: VanStamp reads the numbers, so there's nothing to type. Plus the daily van check, problem reports, chat with the office and time off, all in a few taps.
Fuel checked against your fuel card
Import your fuel-card statement as a CSV or PDF file. VanStamp matches each line to a driver's fuel stop by registration and only counts verified fuel in your spend. Unmatched lines are flagged, not ignored.
Compliance dates that don't get missed
MOT, insurance, road tax, breakdown cover and service dates for every vehicle. MOT dates come straight from DVSA's records and move on by themselves after each test. Anything due soon or overdue appears on one Needs attention list, with reminder timings you set, and drivers are warned if the van they're driving is out of date.
Breakdowns and issues, in one thread
Drivers report a problem with photos. You reply in the same thread. Mark a vehicle not drivable and it shows as off the road until it's fixed, with the cost recorded when you close it.
Daily van checks with proof
Drivers walk round the van before driving and mark ten items OK or Fault, with an engine bay photo every time. Photos are taken there and then, never from the gallery. Faults reach you straight away, and you can require the check before a shift starts.
A full history for every vehicle
Who drove it and when, daily checks, mileage, fuel, issues, downtime, expenses, photos and documents, each on its own tab. The mileage updates itself from every odometer photo. Store the MOT certificate, insurance and V5 with expiry dates.
Ready for your accountant
Export transactions, fuel reconciliation, shift reports and daily checks as CSV that opens cleanly in Excel, or as a PDF with your company details. Net, VAT and total amounts and supplier VAT numbers from every receipt.
Digital driver certificates
Upload the actual certificate. Verify it when needed. Drivers add a photo or PDF of their CPC or other tickets and choose Visible or Private. A badge scan shows the visible ones, and one tap opens the full document.

I'm Raimondas (Raymond) Ivanovas, the founder of VanStamp. Before building software, I spent three years managing a delivery fleet of 12 vans and 12 drivers, and a few more years driving for a living.
I know the headaches first-hand: fuel receipts lost in the footwell, fuel-card statements that never quite match, MOT dates on a wall calendar, and a driver's text about a warning light you can't find a week later.
